Andrew Healy joins the Vikings after spending the past decade in Cleveland, where for most of his tenure he was the Browns’ Vice President of Research and Strategy. He’ll be the brains of Teasley’s operation.
Healy holds a Ph.D. in economics from MIT and has even worked as a professor at the University of Loyola Marymount. He is an expert mixing analytics and scouting, like Kwesi was supposed to.

He’s spent the last 17 seasons in Seattle, where the Minnesota (Fulda) native and former St. John’s quarterback — won two Super Bowls with the Seahawks with his new boss in Minnesota.
