It’s rare that a major professional Minnesota athlete or team is able to stand atop the competitive mountain looking down at peers.
But on Sunday evening, Josh Dobbs reached the pinnacle of his professional career, when the official NFL Twitter account changed its banner photo to the new Vikings quarterback.

Not only that, but the NFL set its Twitter bio to “in Dobbs we trust”. What a time to be alive…

Yes, the Twins have sprinkled in some Gold Gloves, Silver Sluggers, even an MVP here and Cy Young there. Kevin Garnett won the NBA MVP back in 2003-04 and Adrian Peterson brought one home for the Minnesota Vikings in 2012.
But the NFL banner photo on Twitter? That’s only dedicated to Taylor Swift and Thursday Night Football promos. That is, until now.
