The Minnesota Vikings have traded the #14 pick in tonight’s NFL Draft to the New York Jets. They will now draft at #23 and also received #66 (3rd) and #86 (3rd), but had to give up #143 (4th) in return. The Jets took (OL) Alijah Vera-Tucker out of USC, who many experts thought was a lock for the Vikings.
Spielman now has enough draft ammo in the middle rounds to do whatever he wants the rest of the way.
