Vikings Take Justin Jefferson at Pick 22 and Trade Back to #31

Pick 22 – Justin Jefferson (LSU) | WR

With Stefon Diggs being sent to Buffalo for the 22nd overall pick, the Vikings decided to directly replace him with Justin Jefferson from LSU.  6’1 202 lbs, Jefferson is considered by many, to be the best slot WR in the draft.

Jefferson ran a 4.43 40 at the combine and brings the type of speed the Vikings need on the outside.  Deemed the inaccuracy eraser by thedraftnetwork.com. He also brings a trait that Zimmer loves. Toughness.

Pick 25 – Vikings Trade w/49ers for #31, #117, #176

The #Vikings are trading out of the No. 25 spot, source said. The #49ers are on the clock.
