Vikings Will Start Jaren Hall vs Falcons on Sunday
The Minnesota Vikings are navigating the NFL trade deadline today but, on Sunday, they will still have a football game to play vs the Atlanta Falcons. And, even after dealing for Cardinals QB, Josh Dobbs, on Tuesday, Kevin O’Connell announced that the Vikings will start Jaren Hall in Atlanta.

This development is not surprising a surprising one. Last week, Hall went 3-of-4 for 28 yards passing and proved, at the very least, he isn’t going to panic if forced into action. So, with Dobbs having not even seen the Vikings playbook yet, starting Hall makes sense.

The questions about swapping out starters will heat up, as Dobbs becomes more familiar with Kevin O’Connell’s system. It could get very interesting when Nick Mullins comes off injured reserve in a couple weeks, too.
