There’s Almost No Chance Vikings Trade Danielle Hunter Today

If you were hoping to see the Minnesota Vikings sell off some pieces before the NFL trade deadline hits this afternoon (3 p.m. CDT), you can stop holding your breath. Kirk Cousins may be hurt and the season may be in serious jeopardy, but if the Vikings do anything today, it’ll likely be as a buyer, not seller.

That means Danielle Hunter is staying put. Jeremy Fowler (ESPN) was told by a source this morning that there is “almost no chance” the Vikings trade hunter today.

We have only 3.5 hours left before the trade deadline hits and the Minnesota Vikings still have just one QB on roster and he is a 5th round rookie with 3 throws of NFL experience.

Kwesi & Co are more likely to turn to the free agency pool, according to reports, and the rumor mill is quiet as it pertains to those working from TCO Performance Center today. We’ll be here if that changes.
