Byron Buxton is back on the Injured List in no surprise to anyone…

The @Twins have made the following roster moves:
Buxton placed on IL (Lt. shoulder)
Pineda placed on IL (Rt. triceps)
Thorpe optioned to AAACave recalled
Littell recalled
Cron reinstated from IL (thumb)#MNTwins— Dustin Morse (@morsecode) August 3, 2019

I guess you have to decide if you’re going to be someone who always bitches about Buxton being on the IL and throwing his body into walls like a bad “abstract” painter, OR if you’re just going to accept the bad with the good. If you take away the injuries then what do you lose in the field?
I don’t know where I sit on this spectrum yet because I go back and forth. It hurts when he’s hurt because the Twins clearly aren’t as good without him. But again, would you rather move on without him or would he be that difference maker without his recklessness?
I don’t know. My brain hurts. Let’s just win tonight. I CAN’T WAIT to see Jake Cave again… (that’s sarcasm in case anyone reading is slow).
Oh yeah, and Michael Pineda being out is going to hurt this rotation big time too. Lots of bad news in one Dustin Morse tweet…
