Kirk Ciarrocca Fired By Penn State After One Season
Holy moly, some big Minnesota Gopher football news just came out of Penn State. Former Gopher offensive coordinator, Kirk Ciarrocca has been ousted after just one disappointing season in University Park. His replacement, Texas OC Mike Yurcich, has already been named.
Penn State announces that it has moved on from Kirk Ciarrocca and has hired Mike Yurcich to be its new offensive coordinator.

What does this mean for PJ Fleck and the University of Minnesota Golden Gophers…..? I don’t know yet but I will look into it. I do know a few things, though.
The Gophers offense looked anemic far too often in 2020 and Kirk Ciarrocca had been PJ Fleck’s only offensive coordinator before last season. He’s also recruited and hand selected every QB on the Minnesota roster.
