Minnesota vs Wisconsin Moved to Black Friday
The Minnesota Gophers and Wisconsin Badgers football game was scheduled for Saturday, November 30, until this morning when news broke via Matt Fortuna (Inside Zone) that the matchup has been moved to the day before, Black Friday, November 29 at 11:00 a.m. CT.

The Heroes Game will be in primetime for the first time, too.

Minnesota vs Wisconsin is the oldest rivalry in college football going all the way back to 1890. It’s something I dove deep into a few years ago, when the rivalry was almost cancelled for the first time in over a century.

The Badgers beat the Gophers last season, which allowed them to climb on top of the all-time matchup by one win. Wisconsin now holds the lead in the historic rivalry 63-62-8 so PJ Fleck and his new crew (led by QB Max Brosmer) will try to even the matchup back up and get the Axe into the trophy case where it rightfully belongs.
