Byron Buxton Activated and Starting Tonight
Byron Buxton hasn’t played in a Major League Baseball game since June 21 because of a fracture in his wrist that took longer than expected to heal. But, that two month streak will end tonight, according to multiple reports out of The Athletic, when Buxton puts on his Minnesota Twins uniform and takes to Target Field for a 7:10 PM game vs the Milwaukee Brewers.
Byron Buxton has been activated from the injured list and will be in the #MNTwins lineup tonight.

For the Twins, this means they’re worth watching again. For Byron, this is another opportunity to cash in on a massive payday that will surely be waiting for him sometime in the next 2-15 months if he can just stay healthy enough to prove he’s one of the best centerfielders in the game.
We don’t yet know where Byron Buxton will play tonight. It wouldn’t surprise anyone if the Twins tried him out at designated hitter before running him into centerfield at full-go.
