When it comes to disappointing Vikings seasons, it’s right up there with 2016, under Mike Zimmer. That was the year that started with Teddy Bridgewater blowing out his knee in a freak practice accident, then a preseason trade for Sam Bradford.

Everything went wrong that year, which eventually led to the Vikings finishing 8-8. It was also Matt Kalil’s final season in Minnesota. The 2012 No. 3 overall pick tore the labrum in his right hip against Green Bay in week two, ending his season right after it started.

After 2016, the 28-year-old offensive tackle left Minnesota as a free agent and played just one more season in the NFL — starting all 16 games for the Carolina Panthers (2017) — before we pretty much never hear from Matt Kalil again. He officially retired in 2020 and essentially disappeared from public view…until recently.

Size of Matt Kalil’s manhood now public knowledge

Matt Kalil landed back on the public radar in November, when his ex-wife — internet model Haley Baylee went on the “Mar-Athon” stream with popular Twitch streamer Marlon Garcia. While on that stream, Baylee claimed that the biggest factor in her 2022 divorce from Matt Kalil was — wait for it— his pe*is size…

That’s right, she told Garcia that sex with Kalil was impossible unless she “wanted to be in tears” and that the couple tried everything to fix their giant bedroom problem… but failed, which eventually led to their divorce.

Follow up reports from gossip reporter Rob Shuter confirmed Haley’s claims from the show that Kalil’s manhood is “the size of two coke cans, maybe three”. Shuter wrote on his substack that Vikings teammates were WELL aware of Kalil’s oversized endowment, calling it “not locker room legend — but locker-room truth”.

One source told Shuter that “It was an open secret” and “Guys joked about it. Everyone knew.”

Former MN Vikings player suing his ex-wife

But no matter how many people apparently knew, the one person who does not think his pe*is size is funny or worthy of public knowledge, is Matt Kalil, who is reportedly (per TMZ) suing his ex-wife for bringing “highly intimate and private facts regarding Plaintiff’s physical person and sexual life” to public light.

Matt Kalil is finally breaking his silence after his ex-wife, Haley, shockingly claimed his penis size torpedoed their marriage … in the form of a lawsuit against the influencer and model.

TMZ Sports obtained the docs filed on Tuesday … in which the former Carolina Panther says Haley’s “invasive commentary” ruined his attempt at keeping out of the public eye after retiring from football.

TMZ

Considered the best non-QB in the 2012 draft class, and one of the most polished offensive lineman to ever come out of college, the Vikings drafted Kalil after only Andrew Luck and Robert Griffen III went off the board right ahead of them.

Unfortunately, after one solid year as a rookie, Matt Kalil fell off the cliff as a football player, which fueled speculation that the USC standout was not cut out mentally for the NFL. To put it bluntly, he was too soft. This lawsuit will not help him with that tag, either.

Did Kalil’s oversized unit tank his career with Minnesota Vikings?

But after all of this… you can’t help but wonder if Matt Kalil’s sausage size ruined his NFL career. Clearly, it was a thing in the locker room and, if he wasn’t able to mentally handle the scrutiny… going to work and taking a shower after practices couldn’t have been easy for him.

Matt claims that because of those remarks on the stream, he has been subjected to “unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public.” On top of that … he claims his family members “have been forced to endure the ongoing public circulation of these degrading and deeply personal statements.”

As a result of the viral clip, Kalil says his new wife received messages that became “increasingly frequent, disturbing, and alarming in nature over time.”

Matt claims … while his family was left to deal with the crap storm Haley started … she has been able to “financially benefit from this surge in traffic.”

TMZ

After one year in Carolina, Kalil never registered another NFL regular season snap. The last time he was seen wearing an NFL uniform was in September 2019 with the Houston Texans, before he was cut.

Matt has also dipped his toe into the acting world, which is convenient because, back in November, adult film company, “CamSoda” reportedly offered the former Minnesota Vikings offensive lineman $300,000 to make a movie starring his two (maybe three) coke can sized magic stick.

As far as we know, he did not take them up on that offer.

Matt Kalil Blames Minnesota for Being Terrible; MN Reacts https://www.minnesotasportsfan.com/minnesota-vikings/kalil-blames-mn-for-being-terrible-mn-reacts/ https://www.minnesotasportsfan.com/minnesota-vikings/kalil-blames-mn-for-being-terrible-mn-reacts/#respond Wed, 09 Aug 2017 00:54:09 +0000 https://www.minnesotasportsfan.com/?p=2262 A story came out that Matt Kalil was crying again.

I saw it earlier and thought to myself: ‘Self, Matt Kalil can go F*** himself. That California spoiled brat can take his fractured little heart and feelings, to his Carolina Safe-Space where he can suck his thumb next to his big brother who can protect him from all we MEAN Minnesotans.’

Apparently Minnesotans are the NASTIEST of ALL fans. And the MN coaches, including Tony Sparrano, aren’t any better; failing to demand enough excellence from Matt. He must have just felt so lost in Minnesota where nobody has ever lived and actually been happy, and the coaches wouldn’t push him to be the GREAT player he was drafted to be.  Too bad for the Southern California boy who had to come up to this cold, cold tundra where the people are colder than the blistering, ice burnt, frost bitten climate.

BUT, BUT, but… but, I took a deep breath and went back to work because I still have a day-job and a quota to hit. And I get a little irritated when I have had too much coffee.

So, this afternoon, I was scrolling Twitter while making dinner. I decided I would see what the reaction out there was, after reading RandBall’s Blog on the subject.

I typed “Matt Kalil” into the Twitter search bar and found WAY better than articles and professional reads. Looks like I’m not the only person who doesn’t have too much sympathy for Matt:

The first ones I saw were the GIFs…

These had me ROLLING too:
