When are people going to learn to shut their mouths when they have microphones in front of or attached to them? Hopefully never. The latest person to fall victim to a “hot mic” is Nebraska President, Ted Carter. He was just letting a buddy in on a little secret, but fortunately for us, someone was recording the conversation through a podium microphone right next to him.
