Twins LOSE @ White Sox in last game, of 5 game series:
The Twins dropped an L in Detroit on Thursday night. It has been a roller coaster of ups and downs. For every week where you sweep a playoff team like the Diamondbacks, you turn around and lose a rare 5-game series to the shitty White Sox, who have traded away 3/4 of their team.
Sanchez hit a homer in the 2nd to start things for Chicago. Things really got ugly in the 4th when Garver and Berrios both had costly errors. They surrendered 3 more that inning and it was 4-0. WTF happened to the bats?
Anyway, I will finish this up because nobody is having fun. Buxton hit a bomb in the 6th so that was a highlight.
The #MNTwins only scored one run tonight, but it was on Byron Buxton’s 10th homer of the season. pic.twitter.com/RX0pdIaoMx

The Twins will travel to Toronto to face the Blue Jays for a 3-game set starting tomorrow at 6:07 PM. It will be Bartolo Colon vs. J.A. Happ. The Twins need Bartolo to put them back on track against another bad team. Toronto is 60-67 on the season.
NBA 2K Releases All-Time Timberwolves Team:
We’ve had a lot of conversation today about the NBA 2K All-Wolves Team. Some really like it. Others are upset that they don’t see some of their favorites or most-deserving.
Gugliotta is seen on the picture below but that isn’t a picture from 2K. He is one of the biggest snubs from the reaction we’ve gotten.

Castro goes to Disabled List; Granite called back up:
Castro got a couple foul-tips off the mask the other night and he has hit the Disabled List. Zack Granite, a familiar name, will take his place.

Gophers Football season broken down by Randy Johnson of the StarTribune:
Randy Johnson of the StarTribune wrote about each game to the Gophers’ Football Schedule. It boils down to really just one concept. Win the early games. Hold on and try and steal some late games.
