After finding their DC in David Vanterpool, Gersson Rosas and Co. have shifted their focus to the Offense. The Wolves reached an agreement today with Brooklyn Nets Player Development Coach, Pablo Prigioni, to become an assistant coach on Ryan Saunders’ staff where his focus will be on the offense. Prigioni played professionally both overseas and in the NBA from 1995-2017.

Interestingly enough, there have been some eye-brow raising reports of Timberwolves’ interest in D’Angelo Russell, recently… Could the hiring of Prigioni, along with a recent Nets trade that cleared them some Cap Space, mean that a move between the two teams for the former #2 overall pick is in the works?. We will just have to wait and see….

As the Wolves continue to stay away from the Country Club hires, you can’t help but get excited…. until you remember it’s the Wolves.
